that strange lyric lines

Two questions for ya:

1. There is a lyric line that sticks in my head, that I can't figure out:

    "it looks like heaven but it feels like rain" or something like that
      
    Is this a line from a U2 song? If yes, which one? If no, who has
written it?

2. Does anyone know the exact lyrics for the added verse in the live
version of "One"???
