Yes, the latest Propaganda issue is the 28/29 'Summer' double issue.
As for the merchandise leaflet (aka 'Best of U2' t-shirt order form),
I see from your signature that you're in the USA. Well, when I saw
many US Wirelings report to Wire that they had received Prop back in
September, and the Europeans being very quiet, I asked Cecelia about
it. She replied that Prop had been shipped to US subscribers by mistake
(ie. too early), and that they were waiting for the said leaflet to be
printed before shipping Prop to the rest of the world. I don't know,
though, whether the US subscribers will ever get to see this leaflet.

I don't know how you receive your Prop in the US, but in Europe it
comes with a sheet bearing the number of the issue one's subscription
is to end with ("You are currently subscribed up to and including
issue: __" - in my case, it's 28) with this text below (taken from
the sheet that came with 28/29 issue):
"If your final issue (as above) is after 29, please complete the
enclosed subscription form in order to re-subscribe to Propaganda."
Will, it looks to me as if you must renew your subscription, but you
better check with Cecelia just in case.
What I'm wondering, though, is will they send me only three issues
after I resubscribe since my subscription ended with issue 28. :-)
