In 1974, the US (by Executive Order of the President) offically cannot aid
in any assassinations. The US has come out and said that removing Saddam
from office is an objective. They have also (I guess we) have also
encouraged/"helped" opposition groups trying to overthrow the Iraqi
government. There you have it.

U2 content: Has anyone heard more about the Entropy project or the start
date for filming The B/M-illion Dollar Hotel?
