Nevertheless, let me give this insight. Wouldn't it be great if U2
would record their album in Bagdad? That city isn't as bad as it
seems. I've seen pics in the papers of kids still playing in the
parks even after teh bombings. I guess only selected places which
were believed to be weapons plants were the ones bombed.
Then maybe U2 could invite Saddam on stage in their concerts as they
perform "Bullet The Blue Sky." I mean Saddam is an icon in Iraq. U2
can pull it off. They were even able to bring a wanted man like
Rushdie on stage before.
During their American legs, U2 could invite Monica Lewinsky on stage.
These are far out suggestions I guess and may not be feasible.
