I must disagree with you on this one. I am pretty positive (although
I will not say 100% sure) that both Gone and Last Night on Earth are
from the first night. Bono's voice on the Showtime presentation was
just plain bad on those two songs. But on the Mexico video it sounds
pretty damn good. There are also a couple of pretty obvious editing
cuts that occur around those songs which only makes me more sure about
it. As for One and Bullet the Blue Sky, I do not know.

I think that it is pretty low for a person to pose as a member of the
band. It only makes it less likely that if they ever did post a
message that it would not be believed. The writing was very
unbono-like, and he almost always calls Edge, THE Edge, not just Edge.
 How do I know? Because it bothers me every time I hear him say "The
Edge" instead of just Edge. It doesn't flow well you know (ie. "Make
it funky The Edge").
