As the Holidays are approaching quicker than you may think, the good
news is that you will not have to read our posts for much longer! ;)
The bad news is that, if you are interested in sending out the cutest
U2-related greeting card to your U2 friends and loved ones this Holiday
season, your time is running out.
Two weeks ago, we opened up a special offer to Wire, and the response
has been great! Furthermore, the feedback that we have received from
those people who have already *received* their cards in the mail has
been nothing short of excellent - a big Thank You to those of you who
have written to us sharing your excitement! We ourselves are very
excited at the thought of several hundred U2 fans around the globe with
the biggest smiles on their faces, when they receive *their* holiday
greeting card over the next few weeks! :)
The purpose of this post is to let you know that this project will
continue over the next week or so. Although as of this posting, there
are still cards available to you, there will reach a point when we will
no longer be able to accomodate any new orders. Throughout this offer,
we have been very aware of the lag time involved in such an effort: it
takes several days for your order to reach us by mail, for our cards to
reach you, and then for you to mail them out to your friends. Subtract
that from December 25th (or thereabouts) and it will be clear that you
will only have a certain number of days to play with.
A reminder: our "first come, first served" policy does indeed mean that
if you are in a position to get us your order by mail sooner than the
person who has delayed in responding to our emails, the cards will go to
you. The exception is for the few of you who have responded early, and
have specifically made the arrangements with us to reserve your cards -
don't panic, as you should know who you are ;)! BUT, new orders WILL
also be processed immediately, so don't feel that you are now out of
time if you are interested. If you contact us, please be sure to
include your name, a total # of cards that you may like, and an address
where they will be sent to. Check out the sample below, and write us
today!!!
