Ok, so I'm new to the list and all, and maybe I've got some distorted
views on things, but it seems to me that if Bono does drugs, that's
his business. I mean, who am I to sit at home and judge his
lifestyle? The point I'm trying to make is that I love U2 for their
music, not for whether I "approve" of them. drugs? wouldn't touch
'em! but many of the people I care about have or do, and I think we'd
all be pretty lonely if we stopped dealing with friends based on their
experiences with drugs, or lots of things. I mean, the best way to
cure a person of an addiction that I know of is to show them that you
care about them regardless of their dealings with drugs/alcohol/whatever.
