Okay - not wanting to question the truth of your friend's story but -- I was
under the impression that U2 kept their dressing rooms pretty much
off-limits to people who were non-staff....and that no one is about to be
allowed to "just walk in" on them anyway, even during the JT tour where Phil
Joanou had more-or-less the run of their area (and there were places he
wasn't let in either, from what I recall reading)...
