Well i was a good girl, i ran all over the city the day the popmart vid
was relesed here in canada, and well me and my freind watched it and
man, waht they heck did they do to it? we watched teh payperview when it
was on and taped it so we would have sumthing to watch till the popmart
video came out. Well here are a FEW changed i have noticed on just my
frist time watching it.. some good but most just "why?"
1. THEY TOUCHED UP THE SCREEN
this i expected. It looks great but maybe they should have
left a few of those blubs burnt just for realisim? :) <giggle>
2. NO "I WANNA LIVE IN AMERICA"!
okay , what?? i love this part of the song and was singing
along with it, waiting for it to com eon and nuthing.. BUt i fyou turn
up your video really loud you can hear it wayyyyyy in teh background.
Bad edit or what? and why would they take it out in the first place?
could they not get the copy right on it?
3. ONE INTRO
The intro to one where bono dedicates the song to the late
singer from INXS, is EXTREMELY CUT! all he says is "for micheal hu(blah
i can't spell his name)" and you go into one! orignially he said a lot
more!
4. COUGHING BEFORE HMTMKMKM
Trust me, bono doesn't cough for that long..
5. BULLET THE BLUE SKY
is it just me or is the edges quitar and bonos lips no IN SYNIC
with the action? :) and it sounds too good and different to be the
version that they originally did..
now just remember i am not mad, just i can't understand why they would
make these canges, included (or at least waht it seems like) redoing
Bullet all over again and overdubing it? <shurg> Anyone know why they
edited it soooo much? i though it was amazing the way it was..
