Two totally unrelated points--
For all of y'all reliving the grand experience of St. Louis Popmart (you
just can't believe how glad I am that such a well-loved show took place in
my hometown!) or for those who want to know more about it, I highly
recommend this site:

And now the point that is totally unrelated to the previous:
I had just turned on the radio when KPNT's afternoon dj was talking about a
game she'd played, "Porno or Bono?" I only caught the end of it, but I
think she explained the rules this way, "We put a blindfold on a guy,
played a little bit of Discotheque or something else off Pop, then play a
little of "Debbie Does Dallas," and see if the guy could tell which was
which." Privately, I think the best candidate for a contest like this is
Bono's take on "Popmuzik." Mm.
