Jerry Meltzer as the "G-Man"????

Has anyone come up with the actual meaning of the term "G-Man", as
spoken by Bono??? We are assuming that it is in reference the Adam's
security man. But last I remember, Mr. Meltzer spells his first name
with a "J". The only guess that I can come up with would be "Guard
Man". Maybe it's for "Gangsta Man". "Gorgeous Man"? Scotty would be
jealous... Any input, anyone?

...and speaking of "Jerry's", has Mr. Jerry Mele's name been mentioned
up here recently?! Anyone know of his current condition down in the
desert? Would could start talking about our tour experiences with
Jerry...but perhaps we should wait until the Seattle Anniversary rolls
around shortly! :-)
