U2 and THIRD EYE BLIND!

Hey all. My visits to posting on the list are rare, but I had one of the
most incredible experiences of my life last night...and thought you might
want to hear it.

I had the fantastic opportunity last night to attend a sold out THIRD EYE
BLIND concert in South Bend, IN. (Yes, I go to ND....GO IRISH!) Fourth
row, center stage. The band has been touring for over a year straight now,
and their experience really showed through. They played with spirit and
excitement that rocked the house! Incredible performers. They played the
usual bill; "Semi-Charmed," "Graduate," and the works....and encored with
their "Good luck charm," and an INCREDIBLE mastery of I WILL FOLLOW! I
nearly fell off my chair! Those first five notes just hit a soft spot
somewhere deep inside...and the rest is history. It was loud, obnoxious,
and pure genius I tell ya.

Simply put, it just reconfirmed my belief that our boyz from Dublin have
influenced incredible bands across the globe. Their songs are cherished
not only by the fans, but by those they inspire most....the bands we listen
to themselves. U2 will never die.
