About "U2 Day" on MTV Asia / Boy Helmet

Philippine time from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm, they did show a lot of U2's
videos in MTV's "Non-Stop Hits." U2 will be featured later also in
"MTV Interactive" and there will be a U2 special in "Classic MTV." As
for the videos shown in "Non Stop Hits" I was able to tape them. I
plan to tape "MTV Interactive" but I'm not sure if I'll be able to
tape the "Classic MTV" however, I looked at the schedule and there
will be a rerun of that anyway.

Now for my question:

When I was watching MTV Select (no U2 special features here), the
VeeJay was wearing a helmet exactly like the boy on the GH cover. The
VeeeJay removed the helmet and read it, as it said "U2 1980-1990" or
something like that. I'm pretty sure this is a promo helmet in the
same vein as teh lemon fruit giveaway or the disco ball. I just want
to tell you all that such helmet does exist and you hardcore
collectors ahve something to look for. Have anyone else heard of this
helmet?

By teh way MTV Interactive has just started palying now ..they have
"GLoria" on and of coruse my VCR is running.. :)
