What is the bonus track in the Japan release? (The last I hear was
One Tree Hill but another earlier rumor said Red Hill Mining Town).
If it is One Tree Hill, would it also be in the New Zealand release?

Lastly, is this bonus track also remastered? Would Island go through
the pain of remastering it just for a release in one country? Maybe
it could be just off the CDs or master tapes but not remastered.
