Hi Joel (et al) --
I'm not defending Polygram, but I don't think there's anything illegal
here. Companies issue press releases all the time ... and plans change.
(As an amateur investor, I see tons of press releases from private
companies announcing that they plan to go public ... then another release
comes out 3 weeks later that says they changed their mind.) In Polygram's
case, I think there'd have to be some way to prove they *never* intended
it to be a limited release in the first place.
>Notice that the only place the limited CDs were not numbered, was the US
>(correct me if I'm wrong). This just happens to be the same place that they
>plan to allow re-orders?!
I thought Canada is the only place they ARE numbered. Hmmm.....
Matt
