Complaints about the GH... SICK OF 'EM!

It's really disappointing to read these posts of constant whining about the GH.
It was the band's creation as all the tracks on it and not on it were the
band's creations. Haven't they given us music we all LOVE??? (Well, everyone
here should love it, anyway, or you shouldn't be here.) Now they gave us
something else to enjoy and keep us happy until their new album comes out. AND
this GH wasn't just for the addicts. I love how it's reaching out to the casual
listeners. I almost didn't get a copy cuz they were selling so fast... and
those buying it weren't Wirelings or anything. Not addicts. Just people that
"like" U2 and thought this would be cool. It's bringing them all back, the
little stray sheep are coming back now. So whatever U2's so-called mistakes in
choosing or not choosing tracks (I miss Gloria, too), I don't think it's
hurting them any. Or us. We get a cool new U2 toy to keep ourselves occupied.
Casual listeners get the light turned on upstairs. U2 gets more sales, more
fans, and some breathing room in which to record their new album. GH doesn't
seem to be hurting anyone, so CUT IT OUT, all who have been complaining! Yeah,
I'd love to hear A Celebration since I've never heard it, but Luminous Times
and Walk to the Water among other *gorgeous tracks* I'd never heard before will
keep me very happy. Let's stop critiquing (sp?) the band who brought us
together in the first place and start ranting on the real villains like MTV and
VH-1. These other countries get U2 day on their versions of the two stations
while we here in the US haven't got anything. Now THAT really ticks me off!!!!
I've had it with the damn Alanis and Shania Twain coverage. AND Sheryl Crow!
U2 love. Wire. It's all in the name of love!
