Philly and all: New Video Collection promo out there?

While driving around this weekend, I couldn't help but notice that here
in Philly, there is a station (Y-100) having a "U2 Weekend" and giving
away these prize packs. In the prize packs are the new CD (with B-Sides)
and the possibility of a lithograph of some sort and a "collection of U2
videos."

Does anyone know what these videos are from? Is it a new
Island/Polygram video promo of some sort?

Also, if anyone knows the tracklisting, could you please pass it along?

Any help would be much appreciated.
