Hi all...
The other day I was watching VH1 and they were doing Pop-Up video but
with the fashion awards instead of music videos. One of the things they
"popped" was Bono presenting the best personal style award or something
to Courtney Love. On the original broadcast a year ago, I distinctly
recall Bono saying "We had that shit in the 80's" and then maybe one
line here and then "we invented that starving waif shit." But in this
version they popped, in between those two lines was this big thing about
how the Irish had so and so but the Americans had so and so (I can't
remember all the names)- it took about two minutes. Am I going insane
and don't remember this from the original broadcast? Or did they edit
it out because it was too long, and they were "popping" the whole thing
now? Thanks
