I had a very surreal U2 experience at a party recently. Amid all the
dancing and shouting, I heard the faint strains of "Lemon" coming out of
the speakers of the stereo system. It was a dance mix of the song, not
the Perfecto Mix or the Bad Yard club mix -- no, this was some other
dance mix of "Lemon". Then, suddenly, the voice of some "Michael
Bolton-esque" singer came on and started singing some strange R'n'B
lyrics over the music!!!! I couldn't believe my ears!! Everyone in the
room was tripped out by this strange combo -- they all started asking
"isn't this supposed to be a U2 song?" Anyway, i asked the host of the
party what mix of Lemon that was, and he said he didn't know and it was
just on some compilation CD he had. He wasn't very U2-knowledgable.

Anyway, all you experts, what WAS this??
