Question about GH release in South America

I live in Argentina and I have a doubt (that maybe is other South
American's doubt too):

Does anybody know if the date of release of the Greatest Hits album is
going to be November 3rd (or 2nd) in Argentina too?
I know that this date is November 2nd for most of the countries, but
sometimes here (in South America) we have to wait more that people
in Europe or North America (Why???? Why???? )
