Basicly I got onto somebody though a friend of a friend who gave me some
lagal advice about what to do with the whole "Mr Best" situation.
basicly I was informed of where to place a complaint and what is likely
to happen. I was told that I didn't need to knwo his real name as long
as the police have some way to track him down. I was also told that the
PO Box and mobile phone number would be more than enough to file a
complaint. I was also told what is likely to happen. It could take a
while for the whole ordeal to happen (around 3 months) but after I
explained to her the situation I was told that more than likely we'd not
only get our money back but also some compensation for basiclly being
ripped off.
There is a lot more to this story than I have time to put in this post
at the moment, if you want to hear the full story about how I'm going to
file this complain and who it all came about please e-mail me.
What I need from you is for everybody who sent him money and didn't
recieve anything to send me the following info:
What you ordered,
When you ordered it,
How much you sent,
Anything else you think would be relevent for me to put in my complaint.
Once I've recieved all these I'll fill out the complain and send it in
and hopefully well all get our money back and Danny Best will get
whatever he deserves.
