I would have to say that the best popmart I attended was a tie between
the first and second Chicago shows.
The energy in Chicago was amazing. I remember reading in Propaganda
about Bono saying how Chicago is where he felt everything turned
around for popmart. The shows up to that point were a little shaky
but it all fell together there.
The second night is also the first time on the tour when they played
New Years Day and All I Want Is You.
The third night in Chicago was also great, but not quite sold out, so
it lacked the energy that lifted the first two shows.
I also attended the Madison WI show and the Minneapolis show, but
these really did not compare.
