I've just been reading the posts about whether or not U2's releases beat
other popular artists and whether or not they are anticipated and
appreciated etc, etc.
Does anybody else have the feeling that the GH album will just go off
its nut in sales? I have the feeling that it'll be heavily promoted by
radio stations. My local radio station (SeaFM, Gold Coast, Australia)
ALWAYS plays War-JT-R&H-AB-Zooropa songs.
The fact that most songs on the first GH are from War and JT really
makes me think that radio will love it.
It's just a thought. You might think this is bad or good for whatever
reasons that have probably been thrashed out to death on Wire lately.
But, I for one, will look forward to hearing U2 on the radio more often.
