Well, 'ello Wire...
Just read Modsavage's post about the article in the LA Times Calendar
section (didn't actually go to the site to check it out, *yawn*.... feeling
too lazy tonight, I'll take your word for it Modsavage!) Is anyone else out
there, like me, quite _thrilled_ to hear that Daniel Lanois may have been
talking to U2 about another possible collaboration? Oh, I hope it happens,
I really do. =o) I love the music that happens when U2 and Lanois work
together with Eno..... it's pure magic. Now, don't get me wrong, I love
everything U2 does, honestly. I mean, with 'Achtung Baby' being my favorite
U2 album, (in all honesty, it's my favorite album of all time), my second
fave U2 disc is 'October', which is pre-Lanois. But I just think the
U2/Lanois/Eno combination is.....*searches for word*.....heavenly. Am I the
only one that feels this way? Anybody else out there feel the anticipation
that I do about this latest grist in the U2 rumour mill? Or do you feel
otherwise? Post or email me personally, curious to hear other thoughts.
Faith, hope and love,
Di/Gloria2 <------- *fingers firmly crossed*
