Aside from the album Joshua Tree, this song has been in official
releases in the Stay single as well as in the Rattle and Hum album,
both being different verions. Also, it has been played in every tour
since the song came out.

To release it in the greatest hits album would be overkill. Also, the
song was never that "great", it didn't top charts or get radio
airplay. U2 didn't even make a video for it. So I think there are
many songs that would be more deserving the replace teh totally
undeserving "When Love Comes To Town" track. How about Unforgettable
Fire, or Out Of Control?

But I think U2 struck a deal with BB King to include that track
because I thik WLCTT is also in BB King greatest hits compilation.
