With all the hullabaloo over these Greatest Hits albums coming out, has
anyone thought as to how the schedule would fit the second and third of
these albums, and/or what will be on them? I mean, would they wait until
they have one more album, then put a Best of 1990-2000? Sounds
interesting, or will they just put out a Best of 1980-1990 V. 2 which
would include songs like Heartland, Gloria, etc? Or how about just a Best
of 1990-1997 and include everything they think classified as hits from
Achtung through Pop? That wouldn't be a lot of material, however, if you
really look at it. I mean, the singles from Achtung were all hits (IMO)
except for the Fly and they could still put that on there with no
argument, but what (besides Lemon and Numb) could they place from Zooropa?
Stay does not count as a "hit" in my book, but neither do a couple of
those songs that are going to be on the first "Best Of" set. Then again,
I guess it depends on your classification of what makes a hit?
Discotheque a hit because it went top 10 in the US? Staring at the Sun a
hit because it got immense radio airplay?
Anyway, just some things to throw around.

I was just wondering if you'd come along. Hold up my head when my head won't
hold on. I'll do the same if the same's what you want, if not I'll go.
