Hi! I'm back! Hope all your summers were as great as mine!
Anyway, about Propaganda, has ANYONE gotten the next issue yet?
All I have is Winter '97, and if I'm not mistaken, they owe us four
issues per year, which should ideally come up to one per season. It's
now Fall '98. What the HELL is going on?
