Probably a bootleg--there have been all sorts of bootlegged/pirated discs
of b-sides, demos, etc., but nothing official.
The closest I can think of are some promo albums (e.g., "U2 to Date", "U2
Recently..."), which contained tracks culled from various albums, but
those were promo albums, and not "greatest hits" material.
