I completely agree with you! I couldn't have said it better myself. A
band shouldn't just be a bunch of people getting together to make money,
it should be about people who have the same passion for music and the
desire to really make something of themselves, not necessarily by making
money, but by getting their message across. This is what U2 represents
to me. They're good friends with something to say. And from what I've
seen, though I've never met them *sigh*, they're four really nice guys
who care about the fans and the music. They won't put something out if
they aren't into it, and they are willing to take risks, create their
own style. This is something few bands have, something I hope they
never lose.

But I still haven't found what I'm looking for...
