i don't get to read the digest often, because i don't have the time, but i
just had to answer to this...i would *never* want to see the smiths open
for u2...reason being, many morrissey/smiths hate u2, and i don't think it
would be fair to them, the people that would be most excited, to have to
put up with u2 and their fans...also, morrissey has a pretty big ego... do
you even think he would ever open for anybody??? plus the smiths are
never going to ureunite anyway...morrissey and marr don't even speak to
each other...although i know that it's just a thought, i personally would
hate to see it happen...
