I have been a fan for 15 years and was fortunate enough to see the band for the first time at 'Live Aid' back in '85

Yes, I agree that politically U2's messages have been strong but I dont let them shape my life or alter the way I feel, whether I agree with them or not.
You only have to pick up a newspaper or turn on the TV to find out what's going on in the world and then make your own judgement.

Would we hear the message if we didn't like the music ?? I think not.

U2 have done a lot of good work and I like most people am in awe at their talent and invention.

So just relax and listen.
