my little 8 years old sister solved the crossing the bridge thing.
She took one minute (roughly) in solving it.

Bono and Edge cross the bridge with the flashlight (2' elapsed)
Bono returns with the flashlight (3' elapsed)
Adam and Larry cross the bridge (13' elapsed)
Edge returns (15' elapsed)
Bono and Edge cross the bridge and U2 open the concert in time.

We expect Microsoft will hire little Marta.
