This rule doesn't mean shit. They will just release a single with
one or two tracks on it. And then release another single with b-sides
for the fans. U2 for one, don't give a damn about charts. They're beyond
that. No biggie. Or U2 could just screw over radio and not release a
single with under 20 minutes of songs. How much ya wanna bet they'd
still play them? Which would mean they'd still be promoting their cd.
Who cares about charts?
