ZooTV Television Special

In 1992 or 93, The ZooTV special was broadcast - not ZooTv Live In
Sydney, but a kind of teledocumentary thing that was quite funny. At
the time it was broadcast in Australia, it was also simulcast on the
radio. I taped it at the time, but haven't listened to it for years
(though I have watched the video), until today, when I listened to it in
my headphones. I now have two questions arising from this -

1) Does anybody know which concert(s) the live stuff in this special was
taken from, because it's all excellent performances and recordings?
2) Has a bootleg ever been produced on CD which is just a straight copy
of the audio from the television special?
