I went looking today for 2CD cases and guess what!!
I saw a cd-piling system (the one they use in the music stores)
where you can put the cd's standing and flip the over so you
can see the cover, so the picture in box had Zooropa as the
first cd!!!

Anyway, I found the 2CD cases, as someone was asking for them.
A set costs 4 US $ and there's 3 cases in a set. All see-through
plastic. I think you can find them anywhere cheaper,
but I can get them for you if you want them so desperate.
